ABOUT THE DEW RECEIPIENT-ELDER CEDIL BOOKER

Jeremiah 1: 5 - Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

My Mother (A Blessed Woman - Millicent Booker) delivered me at home as a premature baby weighing approximately 2 pounds - She never took me to the Hospital at birth because at this time she was seasoned into having children. I was her 7th child. Being a 2 lb premature baby, I was never hospitalized, never hooked up to any medical equipment. My mother fed me with her breast milk until I was two (2) years old. I never got sick, I had no diseases, etc. My physical examinations were without complaints. My lungs, were great, eyes great, heart great, etc. Every organ in my body functions the way God has designed them to function. This is the Lord's doing; it is marvellous in our eyes. Psalm 118: 23

Genesis 27:39 - And Isaac his father answered and said unto him, Behold, thy dwelling shall be the fatness of the earth, and of the dew of heaven from above.

REVEREND CEDIL C. BOOKER MORGAN was born in Guyana, South America where she resided until December 1989 when she migrated to the USA. In Guyana she worked with the Country's National Airline - Guyana Airways and enjoyed travelling to various countries including, London, Canada and the Caribbean. Her education was obtained at the Mc Kenzie High School in Guyana and Pitmans College in London.

Reverend Booker accepted Jesus Christ into her life in 1990 and immediately responded to God's call - HERE I AM LORD, SEND ME! God sent her to preach his Gospel in 1999 when she was licensed, then she was ordained in 2002 at Mt Jezreel Baptist Church by Dr. Charles Green and Dr. Harold E. Trammell. Reverend Booker Morgan works as a Certified Hospital Chaplain and shows great mercy for the sick specifically the HIV/AIDS infected. With a spirit of humility she has taken God's word into many Hospitals, Hospices, Nursing Homes and other outreach facilities. Like Jesus in Mark 6:34 she is moved with compassion as she dwells in the midst of the sick.  Reverend Booker Morgan has a burning desire for souls and her joy is to see others accept JESUS as their Personal Savior. II Peter 3:9. As an Intercessor / Watchman Reverend Booker loves to seek the FACE OF GOD IN PRAYER and tells others it is wise to invest spiritually by spending time in PRAYER.

Reverend Booker Morgan obtained her early christian education at the Koinonia Bible Institute, her Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) at the Adventist Healthcare Clinical Pastoral Education Center and she is presently pursuing her Masters Degree in Pastoral Counseling / Substance Abuse Counseling.   Reverend Booker Morgan preaches and teaches God's Word without compromising. WIth God's anointing, she has prepared many servants of God for the work of the ministry and for ordination by imparting God's wisdom to them through teaching various classes such as:- More Prayer - More Power, Ministers In Training (MIT), How Jesus cared for the sick, etc.

Reverend Booker Morgan states that in this season, the Lord has commissioned her to take the authority of Jesus Christ and teach his people how to expose and destroy the works of the enemy, for too many are being defeated in the Body of Christ by cuddling and pacifying the enemy. God has given her a specific series entitled - WHAT KIND OF SPIRIT IS THIS? Through the teachings of these messages, the anointing has destroyed many yokes and removed many burdens, thus God has delivered many from the power of darkness (Eph 6:12). Her desire is for Matthew 16:18 to be manifested...upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell willnot prevail against it. God has truly prepared her for the Healing and Deliverance Ministry.  Reverend Booker Morgan states that when trials come she is comfored by God's word in Exodus 14:14 - The Lord will fight for you and ye shall hold your peace. Reverend Booker Morgan states that the enemy tries hard to assasinate her character, but GOD is always her defense and her INTEGRITY will remain.

Rev Morgan is grateful for the 12 years that she was taught by   Dr. Harold E. Trammell because the number 12 years is the number for God's purpose.    She recalls Dr. Trammell words - He would always say to his preachers...GOD CALLS YOU TO PREPARATION..... She was also licensed and   ordained under Dr. Trammell.

God has gifted Reverend Booker Morgan with UNCOMMON CREATIVITY to write books, inspirational poetry, worship songs, plays, magazines, etc.  She is the Author of several books, including, HOSPICE -www.authorhouse.com, Marriage is God's GIft, Obedience is better than sacrifice, Pulpit Abuse and Enough is Enough. She also has a recorded CD - Dew of Heaven Praise + Worship.   God has also given her the VISION for an Evangelistic Illustration entitled - THE TWELVE. Through this illustration the people of God are edified and God is glorified.
